Fall Athletic Signup Information

Registration for the Fall 2008 athletic season for both middle and high school student athletes will take place on Wednesday August 13, 2008 and Thursday August 14, 2008 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the high school gym lobby. A walk in registration will be held on Wednesday August 20, 2008 from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon in the nurse's office.

The Quabbin Athletic Health Information Form as well as the Massachusetts School Health Record is available for download at the Quabbin Regional High School web site and information must be brought to the sign-ups.

Athletes must have all completed forms on file in the health office and the $80.00 Athletic Participation Fee paid prior to participating in athletic tryouts. Please make checks payable to QRSD and one check per student. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please call the athletic or nurse's office at 978-355-4651 with any questions.
