Readiness and Emergency Preparation Information
A year ago, the QRSD was awarded a Federal Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Planning grant. Since then, staff, students, parents, and community members have had the opportunity to meet with local and state law enforcement to discuss the procedures to be invoked if an emergency should occur at our schools.
In the wake of these informational meetings, the QRSD has produced a PowerPoint® presentation explaining the district's procedures for critical incidents and what families should expect if a Shelter-in-Place or a Lock-down is implemented in any of our schools.
